TRAVELING THE NATURE TRAIN IN TUSCANY – SIENA AND ITS SURROUNDINGS
Traveling the Nature Train of Tuscany renders the scenery of Siena and the surrounding landscape even more magical.
Seen from the windows of an old steam engine, the surrounding villages, farms, pastures, cypresses and woodlands of Tuscany become a feast for the eyes and soul.
The excitement you feel when you board one of the historic “centoporte” or “hundred door” carriages being pulled by a puffing locomotive will add to the emotion of this amazing tour.
The excursions are constantly changing, allowing you to discover places that are real and genuine, off the beaten tourist path. You’ll have time to stop and take pictures, or wander and explore the villages and vistas.
The tours that are chosen also afford a rich exploration of traditional Tuscan cuisine: fairs and festivals, historic shops, and tastings of local farm products.
